Villa Alegria - Hacienda Pinilla
6 bedroom home
We project managed this from the concept through to finding, designing and then project managing the build.
Villa Buena Onda - Playas del Coco
We Project Managed this 8 bedroom luxury Villa from start to finish. Today it's one of the most iconic and profitable vacation rentals in Costa Rica.
Selvatico - Tamarindo - 10 villas
The client wanted an investment that would generate 15%+ returns. Based on our knowledge of hospitality and Real Estate, we created the model, found the land and are now constructing this hotel.
Casa Alegria
We aided the client in finding the right location, designing, bidding, and then constructing and interior designing this project. It is a family home and vacation rental in Guanacaste.
Casa Suenos - Playa Grande
We have Project Managed this project from the idea to finishing the construction and onboarding the Property management team.

Jungle Ocean Villa - Osa
We aided the client in finding the land, designing and overseeing this beautiful 5 bedroom Villa build in Tres Rios de Osa.

Ananda Retreat Lodge - Guanacaste
We helped and project managed this development from idea to operation. We found the land, developed the plan and oversaw the construction.
Casa Camino - Playa Grande
4 Bedroom Ocean View villas that we helped design, bid and project manage this beautiful family home in Playa Grande Costa Rica.
Pequeño Mundos - All Costa Rica
We have been the Project Managers for all the Pequeño Mundos in Costa Rica since 2022.

San Gerardo de Dota - Mountain Project
We are in the middle of developing a luxury cabin complex at 9,500 ft in Costa Rica in San Gerardo de Dota. This will be the most luxurious project in the area.
Hacienda Pinilla - Condo Development
We project managed this condo development in Hacienda Pinilla right to the end. Getting it on budget and on time.
Casa Brahma - Playa Grande
With this investor we managed the search, purchase, design, construction and now vacation rental.

This is a development of 6 villas in the heart of Manuel Antonio where we found and negotiated the land, worked with architects to design and now building.
Villa Xanadu - La Fortuna
We sourced the land, designed with architects, bid the project and are now project managing the build.
Arenal Ridge - 6 villas La Fortuna
We master planned, worked with architects to design and will start construction in laste 2025 on this project.
