Villa Buena Onda
We Project Managed this 8 bedroom luxury Villa from start to finish. Today it's one of the most iconic and profitable vacation rentals in Costa Rica.

We project managed this from the concept through to finding, designing and then project managing the build.
San Gerardo de Dota - Mountain Project
We are in the middle of developing a luxury cabin complex at 9,500 ft in Costa Rica in San Gerardo de Dota. This will be the most luxurious project in the area.

This is a development of 6 villas in the heart of Manuel Antonio where we found and negotiated the land, worked withArchitects to design and now are developing the project.
Nosara Luxury Vacation Rental
We are currently under construction on a 600 sqm home in Nosara that we have been involved since the initial design.
Las Ventanas Luxury Ocean View Villa
We helped this investor identify the right property for them, then created a financial analysis as a vacation rental. We are now ending the design phase and moving into the bidding phase.
10 Villa Hotel in Playa Langosta
The client wanted an investment that would generate 15%+ returns. Based on our knwoledeg of hospitality and Real Estate, we created the model, found the land and are now constructing this hotel.

We have Project Managed this project from the idea and now to finishing the construction.
Arenal Vacation Rental
We are the Owners Representative and helped with the design, construction bidding and now Project Management of the build.
Pacifico Ocean View Remodel
We helped the client identify the location, property and then managed the purchase and subsequent remodel to bring this up to their level. Today it's a vacation rental returning 8%+ a year.
Uvita Luxury Villa
We managed the search, purchase, design and now construction of this amazing property in Uvita, Costa Rica.
Tamarindo Condo Remodel
We sometimes cannot find what our clients want. So we look at it from another angle and look to remodel a property they like. This property sold with a 18% return to the client after the remodel.
